Brokers on our platform typically generate several quotes for a particular account to evaluate premium at various coverage levels, limits, or retention. However after binding a specific quote, you may not want all these past quotes to show up on your dashboard and clutter your view. 

Archiving offers an easy way to remove all the clutter associated with the additional quotes generated for an account that will not be bound. Archiving a quote does not fully delete the quote, but simply clears it up (just like in your email!) and makes it inactive. 

To archive a quote, simply click 'View' on a quote in your dashboard and then from the '...' menu, select 'Archive Quote'.

All archived quotes can be found at any time from the Archived tab on your dashboard. You can always restore a previously archived quote by accessing the '...' menu on the archived quote and selecting 'Restore Quote'.
