However, the Duty to Cooperate Endorsement does narrow that duty in two important ways.

First, it removes the requirement that you promptly address any computer system vulnerabilities that a senior executive becomes aware of during the policy period.

Second, this endorsement also removes your obligation to make every effort not to divulge that you have cyber extortion coverage without securing our prior consent.
