We strive to process claims as efficiently and expediently as possible. After all, that's why you purchased insurance in the first place! It is our goal to pay you (or on your behalf) thirty (30) days after you file a claim. At all times, we will do our best to minimize delays—all that we ask from you is that you report the claim as accurately as possible, provide all pertinent information, and respond promptly to the adjuster assigned to your claim.  

We know how important it is in a time of crisis to get funds quickly. If a claim is submitted involving a 1st party claim or loss, your adjuster will make every effort to expediently estimate the loss. Following a final determination of coverage and confirmation of value of covered damages, your adjuster has the ability to approve up to 50% of your first-party loss above any applicable retention and subject to the policy limits. We'll work with you to understand your situation and make additional funding available if at all possible.

A final determination of payment will be made after coverage for the loss or claim is finalized between you and the carrier(s). Any time a determination of payment is made, you will either be reimbursed, or amounts owed may be directly settled on your behalf (based upon your business needs) within five (5) business days.
