For customers billed by their insurance broker (agency pay): we will notify you, your company's billing contact, and your insurance broker if you're late on a payment the day after it is due, at which point you will receive a notice of cancellation for non-payment. If we haven't received the overdue premium within 10 days of the cancellation/non-payment notice, we will, unfortunately, have to process a cancellation of your policy. Notices of cancellation will be sent the day after the final due date.
For customers billed by Coalition (direct pay): you will receive an e-mail notifying you (and any designated billing contact) of a late payment the day after it is due, including a notice of cancellation for non-payment. If we do not receive your payment within 10 days following this notice, your policy will be cancelled (this means you will lose coverage effective on the date of cancellation, so it's important you don't forget!). Please note that automatic payments may be configured within your dashboard to prevent billing mishaps.
